Once purchased, e-gift cards are delivered instantly by email to your chosen recipient. The email will contain a unique gift card code that can be used at the checkout on our website.

Yes, e-gift cards can be used alongside other promotions and discounts. Simply enter the gift card code at the checkout to apply its value to your order.

Our e-gift cards have a validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to choose their perfect gift.

You don't need to use the full balance of your gift card in one go. If your purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance is saved for future use. We will keep track of your balance, which you can apply toward subsequent purchases until it reaches zero. If your order exceeds the gift card balance, you'll simply be prompted to pay the difference using another payment method at checkout.

If you lose your e-Gift Card, don’t worry! Contact us, and we can issue a new one with the remaining balance of your lost card. The original gift card will be cancelled.
