Where do we ship?
It's a small world, and we're happy to ship worldwide!
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Nothing! We offer free worldwide shipping!
Delivery to United Kingdom
Orders within the UK, including the Highlands and Northern Ireland, are shipped by Royal Mail.
Shipping to United States and Canada
Orders to the USA and most of Canada are shipped by FedEx. Canadian orders which can't be shipped by FedEx (generally very remote areas) are shipped by Royal Mail.
You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 days.
Shipping to Europe
Orders to Europe are shipped by FedEx.
You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 days.
Shipping to Rest of The World
Orders to the Rest of The World are shipped by Royal Mail.
You can expect to receive your order within 7-28 days, depending on your location and your domestic postal services.
Our smaller items, such as coin purses and tassels, are shipped by Royal Mail.
Shipping services
Once we receive your order, we'll get to work preparing it for dispatch.
We'll send you a shipping notification and tracking number, so you know your order is on its way.
All shipments will require a signature on delivery, so please ensure you'll be available at your requested shipping address.
What if I'm not in to take my delivery?
If you're not in at the time of your delivery, the courier will leave a card so you can contact them to arrange a redelivery.

Taxes & duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
If you’re unsure as to what charges may be due on your order, we strongly advise you to check with your authorities before making an order with us.
USA Customers
There are no import duties and taxes to pay on orders with a value of less than US $800.
Australia customers
There are no import duties and taxes to pay on orders with a value of less than AUD $800.
Refunds & exchanges
We want you to love your item as much as we do, but we understand that you may wish to return it to us and that's OK.
You have 28 days from the date you received your order to return any unwanted items.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with security tags attached.
To make a return, email us at hello@theleatherstoreuk.com, and we'll send you the appropriate return form and instructions.
All refunds are processed within seven working days.
The Leather Store does not cover the cost of return postage for unwanted items.
