Postal Methods and Delivery Times
UK delivery is made by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery service. Please allow 3 – 5 days for delivery.
United States and *Canada deliveries are made by FedEx. Please allow 3-5 days for your delivery. *Please note that some parts of Canada are subject to an “out of area” surcharge. If this is the case, your parcel will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For service with an expected delivery time of 5 – 10 days. You will be notified if this is the case.
Europe and the Rest of the World deliveries are made by Royal Mail International Signed For Service. Please allow 5-10 days for your delivery.
All purchases where postage is free will be made by standard 1st class post (UK) and surface airmail (Europe, USA, Canada and Rest of the World).
All paid postal options will require a signature on delivery. A tracking number is available on request and we are always happy to help track your parcel. Please email with any queries regarding your order.
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card saying they've called, but no one was at home. There'll be a phone number for you to call to arrange a more convenient re-delivery day or a collection.
Our Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your item/s to us for a full refund. In the first instance, please contact us to request a returns form. We would ask that your unwanted item/s are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure that you include the completed returns slip with your returned item/s - the returns slip will contain all the information needed to make a speedy refund.
Please note that any sale items will need to be returned to us within 7 working days after the day you received it, for a full refund.
Will I get back the original postage and packing charges that I paid if I cancel or return my order?
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us which will not be refunded. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or, if you only cancel part of your order.
How long does it take to process my return?
When you return an item to us, you can expect to receive your refund within 7 working days. We will email you to confirm that the refund has been made.
If you prefer to exchange your unwanted item, we are happy to do this. We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or will request extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.
In the first instance, we would ask you to contact us at for an exchange request form. This will help us process your exchange as quickly as possible.
We would ask you to return any unwanted items within 14 days or receipt in order to process your exchange.
We will post out all exchanges within the UK free of charge. Due to higher International postage costs, we will charge postage on all overseas exchanges at our standard rates.
